here are some of my favorite moments from this past year. i started to think on all the awesome things the Father did this year and all the things i have to be thankful for. so here they are.
1. the Father providing a way to send me to Asia. even when i think there is no other way to provide, He blows my mind with the awesome possibilities. only by His strength is it done.
2. the moment in Asia, when i realized why i was in the tiny town of LongDe. simply to give a student a hug. still brings me to tears to this day. that was life changing. not only for me, but for that girl. there is power in love, even just a little love.
3. when i bought a house! how exciting that was, but oh how i've had to lean on Him for provision. and again....blows my mind everytime.
4. teaching my little 2 year olds. they are exciting, loving, and joyful. i could not ask for a better class (mine's the best...anyone will tell you! :)). and the parents bless me daily. i am so thankful for that.
5. my best friend asking me to be a part of a very special moment in her life. there are no other words to describe it as we experienced that together, and me, not her, almost in tears.
6. sitting on the plane back home from Asia. reflecting, and relishing the memories i made. but being ever so thankful to live in a free country that allows me the liberties it does. no matter what your political affiliation, that is something to be thankful for.
7. sitting in my room, in Asia, with my roommate, talking about life and love. and how much we miss chick-fil-a.
8. realizing that teamwork really does make the dream work. :)
9. meeting with friends, at 130am to tp someone's house, only to find that all the cops in orlando are on that street.
10. moving out. seriously, one of the best decisions of my life. :)
