to reminisce

verb: to recall past experiences, events

sometimes i think you just need to look back and see where you have been. to look back at your experiences and take them in...again. remember the sights, smells, and tastes. the conversations, friends, and stories. so, here are a few of my favorite pictures/stories.

these are two friends that i made. esther and mary. i will probably never see them again this side of heaven. but, i will forever remember their personalities. esther, quite possibly the sweetest girl i've ever met, and mary, the most energetic girl i've ever met. these girls hold a very special place in my heart, and i will forever remember them.

these are such sweet girls. i never knew their names. but we played and skipped and sang together. i hope and pray that they remember the day that they heard, possibly for the first time, 耶稣爱您.

and i will always remember the people that God has allowed me to walk this journey with. they are some that i have learned from, shared life with, and will always be eternally grateful for!

reminiscing isn't always bad.

beautiful song. all i could ever say in time of trial. its gonna be worth it...all. anything you have ever gone through, Jesus already went through, making it completely worth it. if for nothing more than to know that He is with you every step of the way. and SAVED you from ALL of it.
